1)
Work Details :-
We
are an Aadhar Enrollment agency authorized By UIDAI, Delhi. Our Enrollment
Agency code is -1542. We have got tender form so many banks for setting up Aadhar
centers in their branches. So we are inviting Vendor’s to provide us skilled
manpower and biometric kits on regular basis. All technical service/ Support
will be given by us. Space, Electricity, furnitures, basic amenities will be
provided by bank. Operator has to work in banking hours only.

Vendor’s Eligibility :-
Vendor’s
Applied for this work must have very good social contacts to provide skilled
manpower & biometrics on time. Also he/she has to sign a service level
agreement with company for atleast one year. He/she must be financial strong to
handle all his operator/supervisors expenses. He/she has to give a bank
guarantee of Rs. One lac for the entire period of contract. Every aadhar
operator/Supervisor has to submit security deposit of Rs. 25000 (Refundable)
for the period of contract. Area distribution to vendor’s will depend upon
his/her capability (Socially contact/ financially strength).
3)
Scope of work :-
a) He/she
has to provide Skilled manpower to company.
b) He/she
has to provide required biometrics & hardware related to enrollment.
c) He/she
has to monitor the work to ensure smooth enrollment at centers
.
d) He/she
has to maintain all rules & regulation set by UIDAI/ BANK/ ENROLLEMENT AGENCY.
e) He/she
has to maintain the timing of banks & Discipline at highest level.
f) He/she
has to ensure atleast 50 enrollment/ updation on daily basis.
g) He/she
has to provide daily mis for no. of enrollment & updation done at each
centers.
h) He/she
has to send verified candidates to companies.
i) He/she
has to ensure no practices like overcharging to public, rude behavior with
public to be done at any of centers.
j) He/she
has to provide manpower within one week of notice from Enrollment Agency.
4)
Financial/ Commercial Part :-
We have Two Plans for commercial:-
a) We
will give you Rs. 12000 /- per Enrollment centers. You have to Ensure
Atleast 50 Enrollments/ Updation on daily basis.
b) We
will give you per enrollment basis like :
New
Enrollment – Rs. 25 (Including tax)
Updation-
Rs. 15 (Including tax)
Aadhar
Print- Rs. 8 (Including tax) for color printout
Rs. 5 (Including tax) for
b/w printout
5)
Penalties :-
All penalties which comes to Enrollemt
Agency form bank/uidai will be taken form concern operator/supervisor/ vendors.
Like
For overcharging: - Rs. 50000 + operator
blacklisted + legal action
For using bypass software: - Rs. 100000
+ Operator blacklisted + legal action
Manpower not given on time: - Will be
decided by bank. Whatever is decided it is to be paid by Vendors/
Operators/Supervisors.
